Uggbailey on triplet discoloration?

I bought the new bailey on triplets (black) about three months ago and I have several big patches of discoloration on them. These boots have been waterproofed three times and cleaned with the ugg cleaner. Also in folds along the bottom of the boot they look really worn, and i've only worn them a hand-full of times. Help!!
