OCD making me get naked?

I have tru OCD and didn't have any compolsions before. But now its constantly giving me compolsions to whip out my junk. My mom thinks its hypocondria and is forcing me to go to school tommarow. Im terrified to go to school what should I do. I got thrapy tommarow after school and antideppresants in 7 weeks. Does this even sound like OCD
