What do I do about a controlling mom who is now using her granddaughter?

My mom is trying to get visiting right of my daughter. She was seeing my daughter every week anyway, but when it came up that I would be moving out of state, my mom immediately took me to court and now we're still fighting the case, but my mom has my daughter, by law, Sunday night to Tuesday night every week. I cannot live my life this way. Please help!
