Could a person like Ron Paul actually bring this country together?

Ron Paul has support from many groups of persons for many different reasons his libertarian views are anti war which is very popular with most in the left wing and also pro legalsing marijuana but at the same time he is a strong constitutionalist and libertarian and so both sides of the spectrum agree with him in one way or another. I think he certainly could and I expect that something quite speciel could happin 2012 but if it doesnt we can only hope that the Ron Paul legacy carries on.
