Looking for cad software for hobby use, anyone know of simple cad software?

I'm looking for just a simple cad program where i can design a floor plan and be able to see a 3d version of that floor plan. not a profesional just a home enthusiast. i saw some on amazon between 30-100 dollars which is what i want to spend, but i'm not sure which one would be best.
