Is it really coercion or a desperate shame that you gave a child up for adoption?

My son was taken from me. There wasn't a whole lot of coercion but there was a ton of force. Sign or we will take your rights from you. Not a lot of choice in that one is there. I was doing everything they asked of me, despite the fact that I was the one who asked for their help to begin with. It wasn't until his foster parents asked to adopt him that I was forced to surrender. For me there was no choice. I had made my choice the day he was born, I chose to parent. Two years later another woman decided that she wanted my son so the team on her side, the ones supposed to be on my son's side, ganged up on me to make sure she got what she wanted. Choice? Hardly. Brute force is more like it.
