Are these preggo symptoms?

well i have been feeling like my stomach has been bloated! i also got car sick like 3 days ago on a ride that i take like every two weeks and ive never got car sick before!! not today or yesterday but a couple days ago i had a headache that would come and go!!i am only but 5 days past ovulation and i know its too early to test!! are these possible signs that i might get the BFP!!!
