A bowl of cereal which consists of 2/3 cup bran buds and 1/2 cup uncooked quick cooking oats (I usually have rolled oats, but I grabbed quick cooking by mistake) 1/4 cup raisins, and I'll use 3/4 - 1 cup skim milk. I also have a snack size Light n Fit blueberry yogurt, and to drink I have a cup of apple cinnamon black tea with a packet of sweet and low. Any tips for good meals to lose weight would be great as well as any great exercise tips. Oh, and I'm 15 5'4 and 133 lbs. Thanks!
