Is Obama's "inexperience" a positive?

Before you start screaming let me finish.....Isn't it maybe time for some "fresh eyes" in our government?...I mean the Bushes, the Clintons, McCain,Cheney,Rumsfeld,Wolfowitz...on and on....all these people have been moving back and forth from administration to administration since Nixon!...Maybe someone who isn't so completely entrenched and indoctrinated could be good?
