If you live in Boston, would it be hard to forget about Valentine's Day?

Out of curiosity, I just want to make sure that there are no excuses from my long distance boyfriend. If you go to grad school in Boston and are having midterms all the way upto the week of Valentine's day, and Valentine's Day weekend is right after your last midterm, would it be possible that you were so inundated with studying for your crazy midterms that you can totally forget that Valentine's Day was coming up? Suppose you study in your room, you only commute to cl by rail and you only go outside to attend cl or go to group meetings. Could it be possible that this day could slip your mind?
