How do you keep your baby's pacifier in their mouth?

she might not like the nipple on that one, go by a couple different and see if she keeps one in her mouth as opposed to the others, my daughter was the same way, although she wasn't much of a Binky baby she still like to have it while in the car or out and about, and she had to have a certain type of nipple, it was the same with her bottle! try the ones that kind of form into their mouth as opposed to the ones that are just a circle, those seem to work well! good luck! and if she still spits it out, she might not want it at all..
