Earring help? Infection?

I recently had my cartilage pierced. I had this done about 2 months ago, I know you are supposed to wait 3 months to take it out, But I decided that I didnt want it anymore, So I took it out, Because it was a little swollen on the backside of my ear and there was a little white puss, because I wasnt using the stuff they give you to clean it or turning it 3 times a day. I took it out about 48 hours ago, and it's still swollen. And I can't find the stuff they give you to clean it. What can I use to clean it? :/ thanks
