Calories Consumed so far Question..?
dude,,your 122 pounds, hardly a lot! infact, you are borderlining underweight. dont lose any more weight. just eat healthy (consuming around 1250-1850) lots of fruit and veggies and exercise daily. just 30 minutes a day will do :) if you want to do more then fine but not too much more! some great exercises are walking, jogging, running, swimming, dancing, cycling. i'm 14 ur height and 134 pounds!! trust me, i would kill to be ur weight. although, i am actually quite thin. people always say i'm really thin but me being a typical teenage girl, i'm worriying constantly about how i loook! you sound perfect so dont waste your time trying to lose more weight and instead be healthy but good on ya' mate for watching ur health instead of those lazy s sitting on their arses stuffing biscuite down their throat! :p xx
