Abut My Permenant Record?

Alright today i got my first refferal for "horseplay" and i was really pissed. But do Colleges and universities look at that because my dream is to become a doctor and i reaelly don't want to screw anything up even though i can't do anything about it now i just wan't to know if that matters.
